TINY TREASURE HOUSE is a boutique, host-designed retreat created from a metamorphosed garden shed — an unexpected, travel-inspired hideaway tucked quietly within the city. Thoughtfully designed for comfort, function, and tranquility, this professionally built and fully code-approved tiny house offers an elevated stay experience in just 388 SF.

The cozy loft features skylights with shades, a queen memory foam bed, white noise machine and Roku TV. Main living space includes a Roku TV, dining area, WiFi, and a fully equipped kitchen with apartment-size range/oven, built-in microwave, cookware, linens, and essentials. Patio doors open to a private fenced area with outdoor seating and birdsong.
Bathroom includes tiled shower, large mirror, washer/dryer, wardrobe storage, hair dryer, iron, toiletries, and supplied linens.
Additional amenities include easy off-street parking with dedicated space, EV charging availability, vinyl plank tile flooring throughout, Keurig coffee station, consumables furnished, filtered air cleaner and secured storage for bikes and sports equipment.
Professionally cleaned and sanitized between guests. Exterior-only video/audio surveillance records continuously for security purposes.

Tiny Treasure House is intentionally designed for quiet, low-impact stays and is best suited for considerate travelers seeking a peaceful retreat experience. A booking request signifies that you have read and agree to all listing details and house policies.

• No parties, gatherings, visitors, smoking, vaping, candles, incense, or open flame of any kind
• Spiral loft stairs have a 250 lb. weight limit
• Accessibility limitations include exterior stone steps, spiral stairs, and low loft ceilings
• No dishwasher, garbage disposal, or bathtub
The Tiny House is located within city limits beside the Host residence in a residential neighborhood. Guests enjoy privacy, but this is not a remote cabin setting.
Check-in is by personal greeting and walkthrough. Guests must provide arrival time in advance and present government-issued photo ID matching the reservation.
A short Host Rental Agreement and liability waiver are required at arrival in compliance with insurance requirements. Travel insurance is strongly recommended due to the strict cancellation policy.
