Our 1931 Spanish mission style rental home is located right off Dixie Highway in the Antique Row District of Downtown West Palm Beach.

This is a multi unit property consisting of the main house (which is this listing) and there are two 1 bedroom apartments and a studio in the backyard along with a shared patio.

The house is centrally located 5 minutes from the beach, airport, I 95 and the center of downtown.
