Bedroom 2 - 2 full beds with a 50" TV, full bathroom, work area and walk-in closet.

Bedroom 3 - 1 queen bed with 50" TV and dresser.

Bedroom 4 - 1 queen bed with a 50" TV and dresser.

The 3rd full bathroom is in the hallway as well as a cabana bath.

LIVING ROOM:
Modern, spacious living area with leather sofa, fireplace and 75" TV.

KITCHEN:
Fully stocked kitchen with top of the line appliances.

Coffee machine, espresso machine, knife set, toaster, air fryer, blender, ice maker, cookware, glassware, dishware, utensils, hot water kettle, filtered water, cutting boards, microwave.

BATHROOMS:

SMOKING:
- Smoking in NOT allowed. A $500 post-stay fine will be imposed if evidence of smoking or parties is found.

PARTIES & EVENTS:
We do not allow parties, receptions or events. The home is located in a residential, quiet neighborhood and local ordinances dictate no excessively loud music or noise.

Not abiding by this rule can result in a termination of your reservation along with additional fines and fees.

PARKING:
Oakland Park does not allow parking on the street or grass. Please park on the driveway. A maximum of 4 cars is allowed.
