The space
Split floor plan. Primary bedroom has a king bed, private bath and rollaway bed for extra sleeping. Lots of lounging space inside and out! Guest rooms share a guest bath. Backyard is completely fenced with a privacy fence. Covered back porch and back patio off the heated and cooled game room.

Guest access
ENTIRE PRIVATE RESIDENCE. Plenty of parking in the oversized driveway. Bring your boat! Launch is just 2 blocks away! Walk to downtown hotspots. Short drive to the white sandy beaches.

Other things to note
Pool heater available for additional $25 per day. Pool heater shuts off if outside temperature reaches below 55.
