Weather Dependency: Our eco-friendly heat pump relies on the ambient air temperature to function. For the heater to operate effectively, the outside air must stay above 70°F. During "cold snaps" or particularly chilly nights, the water temperature may fluctuate or feel cooler in the mornings.
January & February Stays: Pool heat is not automatically included during these months due to the extreme energy required to combat the winter air. If you wish to heat the pool during a stay in Jan/Feb, an additional daily fee will apply (please contact us for a quote).
Pool heating is designed to create a comfortable swimming environment, not hot-tub temperatures. Refunds will not be issued for weather-related temperature fluctuations, as the performance of the heater is strictly dependent on the Florida climate.

This home is located in a quiet, residential area on the east end of Panama City Beach. It’s a peaceful, pet-friendly neighborhood ideal for walking dogs. It includes a private fenced backyard and a designated pet relief area for your furry companions. While the area is generally calm, neighboring homes do have dogs, and occasional barking may occur. Please note that we are unable to offer refunds for early departures related to personal preferences or situations outside our control, such as occasional neighborhood noise or pet interactions. We encourage guests who enjoy a laid-back, dog-friendly setting and are looking for a comfortable coastal stay.
Please Note: The ice maker is currently out of service. Please be sure to bring your own ice for your stay!

To help prevent pests, please:
✔ Keep doors and windows closed when not in use.
✔ Avoid leaving food or sugary drinks out.
✔ Wash dishes promptly and keep counters clear of food. Keep food in cabinets.
