The space
With high ceilings and tall windows this charming house located in a quite family neighborhood has lots to offer during your stay.

Bathed in natural light you can get comfortable with in the open living and dinning room.

Cuddle on the couch or stretch out in a recliner enjoy the sunlight or warm by the fire. Pull-out couch wit fresh linens.

Stay entertained and informed with highspeed internet and streaming TV.

Enjoy a sit-down meal at the dining table. Order-in from a local restaurant or prepare a snack or a home cooked meal in the galley kitchen. Basic Kitchen essentials, coffee maker, built-in microwave, dishwasher, refrigerator, ice-maker, and a unique stove with two ovens, and a griddle are provided.

Rest in one of the 3 bedrooms, 2 bedrooms have queen beds and the other has a full, bed linens and plenty of pillows are provided. There is 1 full bath and 1 half bath each have bath linens, and soaps for your use.

Relax on the breezy screened-in porch surrounded by mature trees. Outdoor dinning with a gas grill for a cookout after the game or a day of adventure.

Other things to note
🅿️ Parking

This rental has 1 single-lane driveway with parking for a total of 4 average-sized sedan, truck or boats. Please, NO overnight parking on the road and NO parking on the grass in front of the house. You can park in the grass on the right side of the driveway. Please be courteous to the neighbors.

🏠House Rules

- Quiet Hours: 9PM-9AM
- No unapproved guests or visitors. Friends and family may visit for periods less than a day with the host's approval.
- No flushing feminine products, 'flushable' toilet paper/wipes, or any other items that aren’t regular toilet paper down the toilet. Please use the bathroom trashcans.
- Keep all doors and windows shut. This is to prevent bugs and other critters from entering the house.
- Please clean up excessive messes with cleaning items provided.
- Clean off the BBQ grille and return the utensils back to the table on the screened porch.
- Please take the trash out and place the garbage bin at the back of the carport.

🧹

We don't expect our guests to clean the property. We just ask that big messes get tended to during your stay. Basic cleaning sprays under the kitchen sink a vacuum and broom located in the laundry room.

Grilling
A propane grill is located in the side yard for you and the family to enjoy. A propane tank is provided. Cooking utensils are provided in the table on the screened porch. Please scrub the grill after each use and please TURN OFF propane at the bottle.
