Important info to consider before booking
The cabin shares the area with 10 other cabins, so from time to time you could meet another guest on the parking area or while walking the trails.
Plunge pool water temperature is tepid/cold, (we use fresh water from cenote)
Private parking is available on the property
Rainy season
Tulum is still a town that is improving its services every day, however in some areas, we may suffer light problems in the rainy season, it's possible that in stronger storms the power may go out, but it will return within minutes depending on the weather, we appreciate the understanding of our guests as it is a situation that is out of our hands.
Guest access
Tulum Jungle Cabins is a fully-fenced, private community located off the main road in the heart of Tulum, best accessed by a 4WD or equivalent vehicle (quad, motorbike, jeep, etc.).
You can also use the taxi service from the center of town without problems, but it can be a little expensive.
Another option, you can take public transport (combi) from town that goes to Aldea Tulum and walk down from the entrance to the cabins.
