Fun fact: Do you know about May gray and June gloom in San Diego? Well this property's location is just outside the marine layer region, so when it is cloudy by Pacific Beach, this property is perfectly sunny!

*Pool can only physically be heated April-October using Thermal Solar panels. Typical temperature is around 80 degrees or higher during the summer (depends on weather, if it isn't sunny or hot, the panels will not be able to heat up the pool)*

This property offers 3 bedrooms with 1 king bed and 3 queen beds (2 are a bunk bed). There is a bonus bedroom that has a sleeper sofa that can sleep an additional 2 people. Another sleeper sofa in the dining room, which can also sleep an additional 2 people. The property can sleep a total of 12 people. I will also have a queen blow up mattress for added convenience for people who need more room to sleep compared to the couch.

There is a total of 5 pool lounge chairs for you to soak in the San Diego sun. In addition, there is a sectional outside under the shade. There is also an outdoor TV, so sit back and relax your favorite TV shows or movies while sitting outside. If you like outdoor dining, there is an amazing circular outdoor patio table with a fire pit for you to create memories with your loved ones.

Queen blow up mattress also available to add extra comfort for larger parties.
