Thoughtfully designed for small groups (couples, small families, and friends' getaways), it's the perfect place to enjoy all that Deep Creek has to offer without renting more cabin than you need. Spend your days on the lake or nearby trails, then return to soak in the hot tub, unwind in the private dry sauna, gather around the fire pit, or enjoy dinner beneath the trees.

Important to Know
✔ Cooling is provided by a downstairs mini-split system above the fireplace (no central A/C).
✔ Ceiling fans are in the living room, and portable fans are provided in each bedroom.
✔ Screened windows let you enjoy the cool mountain air throughout much of the year.
Guest access
The whole house is available to guests. There are three small closets that are locked and off-limits to guests related to home maintenance appliances. The rest of the property is for you to enjoy.

Before You Book
We want every guest to have a wonderful stay, so here are a few helpful things to know before booking.
Gather Together
✔ Trees Company is thoughtfully designed for couples, small families, and friends.
✔ Out of respect for our neighbors and to comply with city laws, parties and large gatherings are not permitted. If you'd like to have a few local family members or friends stop by during your stay, just let us know in advance. We're happy to work with you on reasonable gatherings.
Parking
✔ The circular gravel driveway comfortably accommodates up to 3 standard vehicles, which is also the maximum allowed by local regulations.
Winter Travel
✔ From November through March, AWD, 4WD, or snow tires are strongly recommended.
✔ Snow removal begins after approximately 6 inches of snowfall.
Access to the Cabin
✔ The cabin is nestled on a wooded hillside and is accessed by walking up several outdoor steps.
✔ Because of the terrain, it may not be the best fit for guests with limited mobility.
Safety & Privacy
✔ Two exterior security cameras monitor the front entry and backyard for guest safety and insurance purposes.
✔ There are never any cameras inside the cabin.
Hot Tub & Dry Sauna
✔ Both are professionally maintained and ready for your stay.
✔ Simple operating instructions are provided in the Welcome Book.
✔ Please replace the hot tub cover after each use to help maintain water temperature and quality. Damage caused by misuse may result in additional charges.
Sharing the Woods
✔ One of the best parts of staying at Trees Company is being surrounded by nature. It's common to see deer, foxes, birds, and occasionally even a black bear from a safe distance.
✔ While the home is professionally treated for pests, keeping doors closed and food stored properly helps ensure the wildlife stays where it belongs—outside.
Host Access
✔ In the rare event of an emergency or an issue affecting the safety of our guests or the property, we may need to access the home. If possible, we'll always communicate with you first.
