Three-room apartment of about 70 square meters, on the ground floor of a newly built building consisting of: entrance, living room with kitchenette, large terrace, a double bedroom, small bedroom and bathroom, possibility of private covered parking.

Apartment equipped with kitchen complete with stove, oven, fridge with freezer, pots, plates, cutlery and glasses. A Nespresso coffee machine is available.

We also ask you to let us know whether or not you will use the parking because it is in a box and some car sizes may be too large.

The Municipality of Polignano a Mare, with Resolution of the Italian Civil Code no. 60 of 11/30/2017, has established the Regulations for the application of the tourist tax. The same, equal to €2.00 per person per night (payable for a maximum of 6 consecutive nights) is not included in the daily rate and must be paid by guests by the end of the stay. The tax is reduced by 50%, with rounding up to €1 from November 1 to March 31.
Also remember that the apartment is not a hotel but the result of two young guys in love with the city of Polignano, the idea of sharing and the spirit of travel! I have personally used this platform often and have made many new friends thanks to it! The apartment has been taken care of down to the smallest detail, with all the love we have and we want it to be treated with the same love!
