Very cozy accommodation and well equipped. Antonella was a perfect host, always available and helpful. Made sure we had everything we needed and helped arrange the transfer and rental car, super smooth!Close to the ocean and a short walk to the beach. Close to some restaurants and shops, however most things are closed this time of year, so good by car. Great with double internet connections, which we used when we worked from the property, which worked well. There were tables to sit at on both floors. Good to keep in mind is that the property is divided into two floors, which you only get between on the outside of the house. Pågick some renovations in the area, as well as very many barking dogs both day and night, so sometimes disturbing noise, in an otherwise very peaceful area. We highly recommend the place and host!

Stefania a formidable and friendly person, even welcomed us with a good bottle of wine, very detailed on her part. The apartment is as described in the clean cozy listing with amazing sunrise/sunset views. If that's beautiful it's a December I don't imagine how it will be in summer. Highly recommended for those looking for a quiet place in front of the Pali tower sea but at the same time close to businesses and restaurants two steps from the apartment. Finally recommended for families and why not for people or friends to get out of the routine.

We had an absolutely fantastic stay in this apartment. The location is ideal, close to all local amenities, while offering a quiet and relaxing setting. The apartment was spotlessly clean, well-equipped. We particularly enjoyed the view of the most beautiful beach in Gallipoli, it's a real luxury. Our host was very responsive and thoughtful, making sure we didn't miss anything throughout our stay and even recommended great restaurants. We stayed with a toddler in January and loved the view from the balcony over the raging sea. Quiet location, walkable distance from town and restaurants. Grocery stores nearby. Alessandra was friendly and responsive as a host, and Veronica was kind and professional when checking us in. The place was clean and tidy. Wifi was good enough for remote-work. Please note that electricity is charged on top of your booking fee, and the price is according to current market price. Also note that host and local host are not able to communicate through telephone or SMS or Signal, only Whats app.

5-nights stay with 6 friends Very professional host and service, always available if needed. Also, mid-stay cleaning service included in the price. Breathtaking terrace and very nice house with cosy, renovated interior. Excellent location 10 metres from the beach. Air conditioning everywhere in the house, easily adjustable to your liking. All in all very good!
