Enjoy magical mountain views from a large private, gated backyard with a newly plastered pebble tech pool. The villa has 5 beds ( 2 kings, 1 queen, 2 twins) in 4 bedrooms, two of which have en-suite bathrooms.
This villa is ideal for couples, friends and families with kids, and your 4-legged family members (pet fee applies).
The inviting open floor plan connects the spacious living room with the dining area and the kitchen with its large breakfast counter. The living / dining area faces the beautiful backyard, and it flows out through large sliding doors to the expansive, private backyard with beautiful desert landscapes, magical unobstructed mountain views, and lots of loungers in the shade and a covered dining area, a private pool (can be heated, fees apply).
The backyard has a built-in gas BBQ, plenty of lounge chairs around the pool, a covered dining area, and pool floats.
The living room features two comfortable couches with side and coffee tables, a spacious sideboard and a 43-inch flat screen TV with ROKU setting, and all your personal channels for you to log into.
The dining area seats 6-8 on a marble dining table.
The kitchen is well-equipped with top level appliances, such as a stainless steel fridge with freezer and filtered water and ice maker, a stainless steel dishwasher, a stainless steel, gas range and microwave, an air fryer, a double toaster, separate toaster oven, drip coffee maker and milk frothier. The kitchenware includes a hand mixer, a blender for smoothies and drinks, an egg cooker, a wok, plenty of pots, pans, glass- and dining ware.
Spices, coffee and tea are provided as well.
We do of course provide towels, bedding and linens as well as toiletries, toilet paper and paper towels, detergent and cleaning supplies.
The home is fully equipped with everything you could ever need including and not limited to: Central AC and heating, kitchen with top not appliances, such as ovens, toaster ovens, microwave, dishwasher, fridge and freezer, washer/dryer, etc., and of course the kitchen has all the amenities you’d want from drip coffee maker, water heater kettle, frothier, mixer, blender, plenty of cooking, glass and dining ware, and pantries with spices, coffee, tea and more.
There are plenty of towels, linens, hair dryer, and free toiletries made available as well. And we have pool toys, floats and games for you.
Bedroom configuration:
The master bedroom features a king bed, an en-suite full bathroom with a separate toilet and a spacious walk-in closet. You also find a large 55-inch flat screen TV.
The purple guest room has a queen bed and a large mirror closet.
The lavender guest room has two twins and a large mirror closet.
The two rooms share the full bathroom with shower and tub.
The 4th guest room has a king bed and an en-suite bathroom with walk in shower (ADU / attached garage converted room) with a separate entrance.
OPTIONAL EXTRAS AND RELATED FEES:
POOL HEAT: For $195/day we heat the pool on the dates you selected to a balmy 85 degree. You can select the dates for heating the pool, and we offer flat rates for longer stays.

EARLY CHECK In / LATE CHECK OUT:
Early check in (subject to availability): $150 (access from 8 am)
Late check out (subject to availability): $150 (stay until 6 pm)
GUEST COUNT: Only booked guests (and pets) are allowed on the premises. Overnight visitors are not allowed, unless booked.
POOL - USE AT YOUR OWN RISK: The pool is about 20 Ft long and between 3-8 ft deep (approximate dimensions!). The pool is not fenced separately, and children should be kept under adult supervision at all times.
The surface around the pool is slippery when wet.
Management and owners are not liable and are held harmless in case of accidents or injuries on the premises, and are not liable for any loss or damage to traveler's personal items.
NOISE ORDINANCE: The Desert City Noise Ordinance does not permit any music outside. Sorry - we can't do anything about that. In case of a complaint, a fine of $500 per occurrence would be due to the City, which we would collect from you.
NON-SMOKING: This is a non-smoking premise.
MANAGEMENT & MAINTENANCE: The home is managed by a local manager, who is available for you to answer any question about the house. The pool is cleaned twice a week (Wednesday & Friday morning between 8 - 11 am). Gardening is done once a week (Thursdays between 8 - 11 am). All technicians will enter through the side gate to not disturb any guests. The service will take about 20 minutes.
PICTURES: The bedspreads and rugs and outside furniture shown in the pictures may vary, and they may be a different color than what is shown in the picture, as we replace them periodically.
Their pictures include a spa, which is not listed as an amenity and is therefore not part of the booking, because it has been removed.

Owner is not on site. Our property manager Maria lives close by and checks you in/out. She is available for questions during your stay. Feel free to reach out to Maria during your stay with any concerns.

Check-in after 4 pm. Check out before 11 am, unless otherwise booked.
Only booked guests (and booked pets) are given access to the home, no over-night visitors allowed, and daily visitors must be announced and approved by the host to be given access to the premise.
We don't allow parties.
No loud noise/music allowed (the house is located in a quiet residential neighborhood. City noise ordinance laws applicable with $500 fine!). This is a non-smoking premise.
Pets are allowed (fees apply). Pet remnants are to be removed from the property by pet owner (fine is $150).
Minors are only allowed with adult supervision. The pool is not fenced, we are not liable for any accidents/injuries on the premises. Consult your physician before using the pool.
No glass (bottles, glasses, plates etc.) is to be taken outside around the pool. We have plastic dishes to be used outside. No cans, sharp objects allowed around the pool and backyard.
Do not leave pool lights on overnight, as it attracts insects.
We have special pool towels and would appreciate it if only those are used outside.
No trash to be left around the pool, backyard and the house. Kindly place all trash outside in bins alongside the house.
No drugs are allowed on the premises.
Pictures represent certain designs in the home, which are changed periodically, such as bedding, and small decor/furniture items, and the landscape is subject to seasons.
We are not to be made liable for any injuries or accidents that happen on the premises, no matter how they occurred. In booking this property you agree, without any limitation and irrevocably, to not hold us harmless and waive all rights to hold us liable in case of an accident and/or injuries.
No professional filming or photography is allowed unless specifically authorized by us.
