Other things to note
▶ To avoid insects and mold, please keep all windows and doors closed. Leaving them open while the AC is on could result in a fee up to $500. For your comfort, we recommend setting the AC between 72°F, but please adjust as needed.
▶ This house is privately owned and does not include maid service or daily cleanings. The cleaning fee covers a final cleaning (after your checkout).
▶ Unregistered guests are not permitted.
▶ No pets are allowed. Violations will result in a $1000 fine.
▶ No smoking is permitted within the unit. Guests must be at least 15 feet away from the building when smoking. Violations will result in a $250 fine for each occurrence.
▶ No glass is allowed at the pool or on balconies surrounding the pool. Violations may result in fines up to $50,000.
▶ Trash cannot be left outside the door. Please keep it within the unit or use the garbage chute near apartment unit x56 on your floor. A $25 fine will be applied per incident.
▶ Guests in violation of community rules will be asked to leave immediately and charged a $1000 violation fee. This includes, but is not limited to, nuisance complaints, illegal activity, and behaviors that interfere with the safety or enjoyment of other residents.
▶ No parties are allowed. Significant noise or playing loud music after 9:00 PM will result in you being asked to leave without a refund for the remaining time of your reservation.
▶ Check-in is at/after 4:00 PM, and check-out time is no later than 11:00 AM. Late check-out without prior approval will result in a $100 per hour fee for each hour after 11:00 AM.
▶ During check-in, you will find towels, linens, shampoo, conditioner, soap, and toilet paper provided for your convenience. Other amenities are also available in the unit. Please contact us with any questions.
▶ Moving furniture within the apartment is not permitted except to access the sofa sleeper. Violations of this rule may result in a $250 penalty.
