Together, the two properties provide accommodations for up to 42 guests across beautifully designed villas, apartments, studio suites, resort-style amenities, multiple kitchens, entertainment areas, and two private swimming pools.

Guests 37–42 (ages 13+) are charged an additional $50 USD per person, per night.

Guest access
Exclusive access to all 18 bedrooms and all shared amenities. No outside guests permitted without prior management approval. Prior to entering the property the Manager will meet you in person to welcome your group with clear direction on how to enjoy every inch of the property. All access will be given at that time inclusive of a hard copy to assist with any details one might need to enjoy this property!!
Other things to note
This property is your own unique hotel experience with complete privacy and tranquility - this is still in a residential therefore there are bi-laws surrounding loud parties, inappropriate behavior causing damages to the grounds or the development in anyway. We ask you respect the home with the same as any luxury space. We look forward to sharing with you
