this place is probably the nicest Airbnb spot in sosou .the pictures does not do it justice it's way better clean ,high end furniture with security. you just can't beat it.

The house is as seen in the photo, the attentions from Andrew and his father were excellent, the location is very good, I recommend this villa, it is suitable for families and for people looking for rest and tranquility, I would definitely book it again.

This home was exactly as described and a perfect stay for our trip! The location was great—close enough to travel for the day but also in a nice, relaxing area. The outdoor space was absolutely amazing, and we spent most of our time enjoying it. Inside, the home was clean and comfortable, and having a kitchen to cook some meals made our stay even better. Highly recommend!

First I would like to say that my boyfriend, my dog and I had a wonderful time at Villa Belisia Maria. We all felt very comfortable and cozy here. The place was walkable to the beach but since it was rainy we had to drive less than 10 minutes. The pool was perfect, the Villa had everything we needed and the rooms were very well organized and clean. The host Jhoselyn was helpful from the start and very welcoming. The manager Danny was also very helpful from the start as he showed us how to get to the beach the minute we arrived at the villa. He was also very responsive to any requests or questions that we had. The property was very well kept and very beautiful greenery all around, making it feel peaceful and breathtaking. The inside of the Villa was neat, cozy and nicely decorated. There were supplies on hand like toiletries, towels, paper towels, cooking utensils and laundry detergents. All in all, everything was perfect for us! We would most definitely be coming back here next time.

Excellent place. The villa is very spacious and was in impeccable condition. I highly recommend it. It has a pool area with a beautiful garden. Each room has its own bathroom and are quite spacious. The place is very quiet and pleasant.

The Airbnb was in a great location. The owner communicated well and supported all my needs. The best part was the convenience of the nearby restaurant, pools, and 24-hour security. I highly recommend it—10/10.

The house was beautiful clean & thoughtfully set up, just like my home minus the family pictures! From the moment we walked in, everything felt welcoming & comfortable. The spacious living room, complete with a big-screen TV, perfect spot to relax & unwind. Every home essential was provided pots, plates, cups, & bowls all neatly stocked for convenience. The AC in the living area kept us cool when we wanted to chill indoors, I really appreciated the little extra touches that I don’t always see in others. The power strip by the bed made charging my tech super easy, the air freshener plugins kept the place smelling amazing from the moment we arrived to the day we left. The beds were incredibly comfortable, the shower had great hot water pressure, & even the small details like hand soap in the bathrooms and built in dish soap at the sink were a nice touch. The keyless entry fantastic, & Kevin & Monica’s hospitality was top-notch. I truly enjoyed my stay & will definitely be back soon

My family enjoy our time spent at the villa. Everything was wonderful and great. The garden views on the pool area were very relaxing. Backyard, feels like you in the country side. Location, Location, Location. Stayed in this beautiful home with my family of 4 (15&12yr old boys) and loved it! 1 minute walk to the beach (that is Kiteable if you’re into windsports). Close to Kite Beach and Encuentro beach (great for surfing). Caves are close to explore and house is private for when it’s time to chill. The property manager is extremely friendly for any questions or issues that arise as are the owners. The entire area is safe. We are driving the North Coast of DR, and have felt comfortable the entire time. Locals are extremely friendly. We shall be back!

Damaris’s place was cozy, clean, and peaceful…and less than a ten minute walk to the strip/downtown!

Overall a really nice stay. Showers worked well and lots of open space and private area. It could have used a nice mopping and wipe down/dusting. Check in and check out was simple. And well priced.

Upon arrival, it immediately felt like a nice and safe Very friendly security at the gate. We have experienced the stay as very positive. Got our holiday feeling on arrival right away. The host Taylan is very hospitable and you can contact him with any questions. The location of the villa is perfect,everything is very easily accessible by car(rental)or the shuttle bus where the villa is located. This villa is certainly subject to repetition for us. Lovely apartment, close to the beach and restaurants. We felt safe and met many friendly people.

We had a large group of friends and family stay here for a week. Ariel and crew were top notch! Very responsive and helpful, they can arrange transportation, help with excursions, just about anything you might need, they are there to help! Beautiful location and private, which we absolutely loved! The kids enjoyed the pool and hot tub and the beach is only steps away. We also loved the big chef kitchen space, we were able to cook lots of meals for our large group and there is a grocery store about 5 minutes away. Lots of places to eat in that short of a drive as well. We very much enjoyed this place and had a wonderful experience! Thank you!

Walter and staff were extremely responsive and helpful and helped with a number of special requests that my traveling party had. The home was very clean and looked like the pictures. The pool and jacuzzi were great. The roads to get to the home were a bit rough but the house and amenities made it all worth it. Whenever i come to town, I will check this house first for availability. We all loved it!

This home was absolutely beautiful. Great location in procab and would definitely stay again!
