Giorgia's villa was perfect for 4 people. It was spacious, clean and looked like the photos. Giorgia is a very accommodating host with great communication. I would definitely return to stay at her villa again.

The place was very beautiful. It was in a construction area of the houses that are being built. Very quiet. Had some issues with power going out but overall very, very nice.

I love it because it’s a peaceful private villa and it’s only minutes from the action so when I’m done I need some good sleep. It’s great to be very clean and it looks very good as well. Actually looks better than the pictures in person.

Honestly the best place I’ve stayed at so far! Very clean and Jose’s response time was pretty quick (less than 3 minutes). We had ZERO issues during our stay. The security was tight and friendly. We felt very safe in the residence with security patrolling the neighborhood 24/7 day and night. The pool was great! The house was flawless and clean. 10/10 and we are considering coming back for spring break!

This is an outstanding Villa, everything was neat. The pool and the rest of the villa was extremely clean. The communication with the host was great. 100% recommended to other guests.

The Villa was magnificent with beautiful views. The backyard was private and full of life such as the pool and the outside stove and grill. And I can’t forget about the coconut trees( they tasted amazing). I would highly recommend this villa to my friends and family.

Great stay for our group ! Yubi our cook was absolutely amazing! Nice place - Luis the security guy was so nice to the kids and to us ! The small beach nearby was amazing.

Villa Colonial is a gorgeous house in a gated community 30 minutes from POP and surrounded by the most beautiful beaches - you must book this house!!! We had two parents, six kids, and two grandparents on this trip. Everything about our stay was excellent - from the initial communication with Frederick, to the recommendations for Eduardo the driver and Jesus the chef (both wonderful), to the warm welcome and great service from Joaquin and Yulissa. The house is well configured and stocked. All four king bedrooms are on the top floor; the two double beds share a bathroom with a sink and shower - the toilet is across the hall. There is a small beach right out front that we loved for jumping waves (the waves can get rough). To the left and right a short distance, there are calmer beaches. It’s very easy to get around. Jesus’s cooking kept us in most nights, but we loved Casita de Papi in Cabarete and Ceiba (a pizza place run by an Italian couple, legit). We’ll be back!

We were a large family celebrating Noche Buena and Christmas. The Villa was exceptionally clean, the host was responsive, on-site 24 hour security. Ample space with a beautiful outdoor area surrounded by lush greenery and cows. We made beautiful memories here. My family was comfortable, the staff was super accommodating and responsive tending to all of our needs. We will be back!!! 5 mins from Sosua Bay and La Sirena grocery store. They had a pool table and Dominos which were a hit. They also put us with a delivery service for all of our needs which was super convenient. Next time we will book the chef, highly recommend doing that especially with a large group. Thank you Edwin and staff for making our family stay phenomenal!

These properties completely lived up to the expectations my group was hoping for. The host was very helpful no matter what was asked and made sure it was very comfortable. If you have a big group this is where u want to stay. It was very private with an security guard and gate it was like home away from home. I will definitely rent this property again if I go back with a big group.

This was the best host/stay I have yet in Airbnb. I was blessed with a very good communicative host, he was very responsive every time he was needed and he exceeded my expectations as far as communication. He also recommended very good restaurants around the area that honestly made it that much more enjoyable, better and most importantly beautiful!! The place itself was Expectacular!!! Amazing pool, seating area, kitchen, really nicely decorated and over all comfortable. In the night you could enjoy the nice warm nights with nature sounds and sueding weather! I truly had an amazing stay and time at Grus place I really wish I could be back there right now! Definitely best place in Puerto plata, Sosúa!!

This location was amazing. I’ve stayed here once before some years ago. The staff was amazing, major acknowledgment to Joseph who was onsite every day and major sure we were always taken care of to the fullest. The cleaning team was super awesome as well. Always fresh sheets and towels. They always did some laundry for our group prior to us leaving. My only issue/concern was all of the water running through the house was salt water. Not knowing this initially was frustrating, because I got into the shower and the salt water burned my eyes, others went to brush their teeth and tasted salt water. When I spoke to the villa liaison they assured us that it was well water but that it had salt in it and not to drink it. Overall this needs to be conveyed from the beginning, not after the fact. Despite the water issue, we worked around it and made the trip worthwhile. Again, everything was on point. I’d consider coming back.
