Welcome to Tortuga Palms, a private 10-acre desert retreat located one block off highway 29 and just minutes to Joshua Tree National Park. 32 palm trees and 2 cactus lead you to a fully remodeled 3 bed/2 bath main house with all new appliances and furniture. A true desert oasis - relax at the amazing in-ground pool, enjoy a full baseball field, and lots more to explore. Rest in luxury in the master king bed with full master bath, huge tv, or cook in the deluxe kitchen with Decor gas range.

The space
The 10-acre property offers amazing 360 views of Indian Cove , Mount Gorgonio, Gram Mountain and is surrounded by palm trees, saguaro cactus, olive trees. Explore many of the unique offerings including the in-ground private pool, hot tub, a baseball field with backstop, restored classic cars, and art pieces.

The main 3 bed/2 bath house completed a 2 year full remodel in 2024. You get the house to yourself and private access to the pool and hot tub.

Gather in a spacious living room with a large sofa, Eames Lounge chair, Noguchi coffee table, and an 8 foot window providing breathtaking north views. Enjoy top entertainment with a Sony Large Screen TV, Bose audio, Marshall bluetooth speaker.

Eat and gather in style in the deluxe kitchen with a commercial 36 inch Dacor stovetop and oven, microwave, air fryer, blender, Keurig coffee maker, and full set of pans and cooking utensils. Matching samsung dishwahser and fridge with a water filtration system for water and ice. The dining table has seating for 6 plus 2 bar stools.

The master bedroom has a cal king bed, tv, and master bath with premier hardware. The second bedroom has a Queen Bed and a hanging rack for clothing. The back office/den provides a tranquil work space with desk, chair, and patio door providing light and beautiful views. The den also contains an xl twin bed for extra sleeping.

The hallway bath offers a tub and shower. Full washer/dryer available in the hall closet as well. Other amenities include high speed internet and central AC/heating with digital thermostat to stay comfortable in the desert.

Outdoors enjoy a private oasis with a large in-ground private pool, hot tub, shaded pool patio, rear patio/lounge area, as well as many other areas of the property.

This property is one of the best in the desert to truly enjoy the desert. Not a lot of other listings offer what this property has. The pictures speak for themselves.

The Guest will have access to the Main house and pool and the whole area inside the fence. There is a carport for a parking as well as directly in front of the house.

Other things to note
Tortuga Palms is the passion project of two brothers who spent more than two years renovating and preparing the property with the goal to provide a one-of-a-kind upscale experience for our guests to enjoy all the desert has to offer. Please respect the desert when you're renting and be weary of trash, fires, and smoking (no smoking in the house). There are neighbors so be respectful with noise.
