The space
If you’re looking for a space where you aren’t going to bump into each other, this is the house for you! Gorgeous views of the Lagoon and Heads from every angle you look. This is perfect for indoor/outdoor living.
Great for families or friends holidaying together (small children have stayed here happily but need supervision as we are on three levels & have stairs). Groups of young tourists love this space - Glam-packing at its best!

A spacious bedroom with King bed, a single bed, private entrance, private balcony with ocean and forest views, vanity, large closets, sitting area, shared full bathroom with shower and tub.

Bedroom 2:
A spacious bedroom with Queen bed, single bed, large closets, vanity & shared full bathroom with shower and tub. Private balcony overlooking barbecue area (Ocean & lagoon views).

Bedroom 3:
A spacious bedroom on the middle level with King Bed, large closets, bathroom on suit, vanity, and private entrance to the barbecue area.

Bedroom 4: (Ground Level)
A spacious bedroom, King bed with separate dressing room, cupboard, vanity, private entrance to shaded garden, lagoon & treed views. Access to main bathroom, walk in shower, free standing bath, separate WC.

You’ll find several lounging areas for sitting of up to 10 to 12 people. Several chaise sitting areas to enjoy the views. Natural wooden sculptures, hand crafted wooden feature throughout bringing the outdoors in.
A unique wooden spiral staircase leads to the brick paved parking area alongside a park-like indigenous treed garden. The entire estate is secure and safe and has a park like setting.
Plenty parking within the grounds and ample space to be one with nature on the vast wooden decks.
The well-appointed spacious kitchen has 2 eye level ovens & microwave including a 5 plate gas hob, dishwasher, and double sink.
Deep drawers are well equipped with pots, pans and all the necessary utilities.
Purified ice is supplied as well as tea, coffee, sugar & milk.
You will be able to cook whilst enjoying the amazing views of the ocean and the lagoon with your friends.
Our built-in barbecue is well stocked with kindling, fire starters & firewood for your outdoor dining pleasure. An additional dining area on the larger deck overlooking the ocean and lagoon where exquisite sunsets are enjoyed.

We live in a peaceful neighborhood conveniently close to all amenities.
I grew up in Knysna & we raised our 2 children here. This is a perfect holiday destination.
A minimum stay is 1 night (low and mid season) for guests just passing through. This is really not enough time to see & do all the amazing things there are to do in Knysna & the Garden Route.

We trust that whilst staying here our guests will be respectful of our home, keep noise to a minimum, respect the surrounding nature, use water wisely and leave the house tidy.
