House vacation rentals in Garden Route District Municipality

We loved our stay in Pansy Shell. It’s a fabulous, open plan house with a lovely garden and pool and the most extraordinary view, must be the best in Plett. All communication was very easy, Cynthia looked after us very well, as did the security company (a faulty key meant we saw night watchmen a few times). We would definitely recommend this house and would love to return.

We loved our stay at the poolhouse! Check in was easy and Tom and his colleagues were always fast to respond if we had questions. There are some restaurants and coffee shops within walking distance and the house is perfectly located near the water. We traveled with two small children and would without hesitation stay at the poolhouse again:)

It is a lovely home in a beautiful golf estate. Spacious, well equipped and tastefully furnished throughout. The sparkling pool area soon became our family favourite. Large relaxing couches ideal to spend time in the warm winter sun. Sanet (the rental agent) made us feel welcome, well informed & even assisted with our search of a particular restaurant. An impressive welcoming gift along with a personal enquiry as to our well being, from the owner. It’s a must for golfers & lovely to go for a jog / walk in the greater estate. I had a wonderful stay at this house by the river! The spacious and cozy veranda with its stunning view of the water was the highlight of my visit. It was perfect for enjoying morning coffee and watching the sunset in the evening. The house itself was very large, with plenty of rooms, each comfortably furnished and offering privacy. I was especially impressed by the kitchen — modern, convenient, and fully equipped for cooking any kind of meal. Check-in was quick and hassle-free, and the host was always available and provided all the necessary information. I left with only the best impressions. I will definitely come back!

We had an incredible few days at the house in Knysna! It was so comfortable and inviting that we never wanted to leave. We enjoyed swimming, braaiing and relaxing while watching movies together. The kitchen was fully equipped with everything we could possibly need, plus some lovely extras. The rooms were clean and the bed really comfortable .The owners Kate and Grant, were incredibly kind and helpful, making our stay even more enjoyable. I would absolutely love to return whenever possible. It was a fantastic experience and I highly recommend it!

A very unique property in a beautiful location, the views were unbeatable. It was wonderful hearing the birdsong all around. The property is spacious, nicely decorated & well kitted out. The pool was very refreshing on a hot day & it is so peaceful & private. Well located to get to surrounding areas & attractions. We had a wonderful three nights & were sad to leave. Lauriane was excellent at communicating & hosting.

A stunning home in an ideal location. right on the water and walking distance to the fantastic local restaurants. The home is elegant and well equipped with space for a full family to enjoy the lagoon as well as pool area. The hosts were super friendly and went the extra mile. I highly recommend this home for your family vacation.

Beautiful home with great ammenities. We loved staying there. It was so peaceful with lots to do around us. If we didn't want to go out we could braai and swim and ride bikes which was lovely. Would definitely reccommend staying there.

The location is very central for garden route Airbnb, activities, etc.! It is a little bit of an adventure to get to the actual unit but they have someone meet you and guide you the whole way. It is absolutely worth the drive up the cliff! The place is beautiful. The pool was heated. Views cannot be any better!

We had a fantastic stay Net Net house in Witsand! The location was perfect – right in a lovely estate with breathtaking views of the river. The house was comfortable and well-equipped, and our boys loved the activities like the pool table and table tennis. A great spot for a relaxed and fun family getaway. Highly recommended!

What an amazing gem in the centre of Plettenberg Bay. We loved our stay for four nights. Great location, lots of space in the house for privacy and entertaining. Modern kitchen and outdoor area. Well priced considering all the place has to offer. Would definitely stay again.

We recently stayed at Maria’s lovely house and had a fantastic experience. The view was breathtaking, and the location was perfect—peaceful yet close to everything we needed. The house was incredibly well-equipped, making our stay super comfortable. We encountered a few minor challenges during our visit, but the owner handled them swiftly and professionally, ensuring everything was resolved quickly. Their responsiveness stood out and made a great impression. Overall, it was a fantastic stay, and we’d happily return. I highly recommend this place!

It was lovely returning to Christa & Josephs home. Joseph is always up for a good conversation & willing to share tips & valuable insights. Our stay was a wonderful escape from the demands of everyday life. Recommended if you are looking for a more remote accommodation. The unpaved road can be a challenge for cars, but in return, you will be welcomed by a beautiful property with plenty of space, right in the heart of nature.

This was a safe area where we could walk through the neighborhood. It is close to everything in Knysna. It was very clean and having a washer was really helpful. Wifi seemed slow. The property has a lot of steps, but that was fine for our family. It was nice to have multiple seating areas so we could sit together or spread out when we wanted to. Host offered information on local attractions and had coffee, milk, and sugar for when we arrived.

The location right on the beach is absolutely fantastic, to hear the sound of the waves at night is magical. Martin is an excellent host.

We had an incredible stay. The house has everything you need. The braai area was a great area to relax. It is close to the beach, walking distance. We will definitely book again.

Wow! Nostalgia much! It felt like my childhood home. Wooden floors, spacious kitchen and a large wooden table in the braai room. Amazing gas stove! Kitchen was well stocked with everything needed. Madileen was extremely helpful and even directed us to a local market which we visited twice. The wood guy was literally three houses down the road. Close enough to walk to the waterfront and beach. Modern bathroom and spacious bedroom. Our favorite spot was the braai room. We played games and had a lovely fire going. Our car was under a carport. Everything was better than I expected!

We had such a fantastic stay at Richards place. The house exceeded our expectations. Its a short walk to the lagoon, we could launch our boat on the lagoon and spend the morning on the water. The house is a 20 min drive from knysna where we could enjoy other amenities like quadbiking etc. We also got to enjoy the local farmers market in sedgefield. Richard was responsive and checked in to make sure we checked in easily and enjoying our stay. We were a group or 9 and the house felt very spacious. The hosts made sure every need was met. I'd definitely recommend staying at this accommodation.

I love Natures valley. Denny’s house is well located and very close to the beach. It’s a great house for a large group to share comfortably with lots of different living/relaxing spaces. We’ll be back.
