The space
Nestled within the Top of the Gulf complex on Thomas Drive, our condo offers a tranquil retreat just a short drive from Panama City Beach's vibrant entertainment scene. Positioned on the 3rd floor, guests are treated to breathtaking views of the pool and ocean through oversized picture windows. While there's no private balcony, a communal balcony provides a perfect spot for socializing and enjoying drinks.
Inside, the unit boasts a full bathroom, well-equipped kitchen, Keurig coffee bar, and dining area for four. Relax on the sofa or retreat to the two queen beds with brand new memory foam mattresses. Entertainment is covered with a wall-mounted flatscreen smart TV and complimentary Wi-Fi.
Outside, you can unwind at the large main pool or kiddie pool, grab snacks at the poolside bar, or enjoy the gaming room and fitness facility. The beach is just steps away, where complimentary lounge chairs and umbrella await from March 1st to October 31st. Welcome to your beach oasis!
Guest access
You will have access to the entire condo, all its indoor and outdoor facilities and access to the beach.
Other things to note
The HOA requires a $30 parking/amenity fee to be purchased upon arrival to receive one parking pass for the whole stay. If you arrive after hours, you can purchase it the following morning. One wristband per guest will be provided on the kitchen countertop. Wristbands must be worn at all times, failure to do so may result in a $100 fine imposed by the HOA deducted from your security deposit.
Maximum number of guests is 4, including newborns and infants of any age per city ordinance.
Only 1 vehicle parking is allowed per stay. No RVs, campers or trailers are allowed in the parking lot.
Primary guest must be at least 21 years of age to book.
Guests are not allowed to have visitors on site who are not staying within the complex.
Smoking or vaping is not allowed inside the unit or common areas except at designated areas near the community balconies on every floor.
Guests are not allowed to bring pets per association rules.
Beach towels are not provided, please bring your own or purchase at Alvin’s Island.
Rental contract must be signed prior to the arrival date otherwise the booking will be cancelled. You may ask for a copy of the contract before making a reservation if you prefer to review it.
