Immerse yourself in the enchanting allure of Kailua-Kona at our 3-bedroom, 2-bath single-family haven, offering you panoramic views of the endless ocean horizon. Every detail has been meticulously attended to, including newly installed split AC units, ceiling fans, kitchen appliances, and washer/dryer. Lush tropical landscaping surrounds you, with magnificent monstera and tiare flower trees. Indulge in the joy of al fresco dining on the patio, fully immersed by the breathtaking sunset view.

The space
Our home consists of 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, with 1420 sf living area, 240 sf lanai, on a 10,000+ sf lot.

All three bedrooms and the living room have a newly installed split AC unit. The master bedroom has a king bed, its own bathroom, walk-in closet, office work space with large computer monitor, and a 50” smart TV. Bedroom 2 has a queen bed and a sofa bed. Bedroom 3 has a queen bed. There’s a queen-size air mattress stored in Bedroom 2 closet that fits nicely in the living room.

The living room faces the beautiful ocean view, with two couches and large bean bag chair/lounger, 55-inch Smart TV and Vizio Sound Bar. We have a variety of games, playing cards, and a poker chip set stored by the TV.

The kitchen has new appliances (refrigerator, oven/stove, and microwave hood) and is stocked with coffee makers (Keurig and drip), coffee supplies, and a variety of kitchen essentials including blender, food processor, air fryer, crock pot, toaster, panini maker, and hot pot.

The outdoor patio is furnished with new ceiling fans, gas barbecue grill, futon sofa, wine refrigerator, and dining tables to accommodate six people. Enjoy your morning coffee or glass of wine while gazing at the panoramic ocean view.

The new washer and dryer is located in the garage, but no parking in the garage since owner’s car is parked there. There is parking for two cars in the driveway as well as free street parking. The beach chairs, beach umbrella, beach towels, and coolers are stored in the garage for your use during your stay.

Guest access
The entire home, outdoor patio, and back yard are for your private use during your stay. The garage is accessible to use the washer & dryer and access the beach equipment including chairs, umbrella, towels, boogie boards, baby pop-up rent, snorkels & fins, and coolers.
