Tide Pool features an industrial-chic aesthetic of concrete floors, soaring 9-foot ceilings, large windows, and designer furniture. Notice the light fixtures salvaged from cargo ships and float in the luxurious private pool with glass tile and designer finishes. The outdoor living area is perfect for relaxing in the shade. The large covered area has a grill and hot tub nearby. The pool is Heated/Cooled by heat pump and is open April through October.

You have the whole house and yard.

The space
The concrete floors, 9 foot ceilings, large windows, and designer furniture are stunning! The deep blue quartz pool sparkles with glass tile and a travertine surround. The landscaping is professional and tight. The light fixtures are salvaged cargo ships. Outdoor furniture: Pottery Barn. The dining room table is hand crafted from a Currituck County oak tree.

Guest access
Guests have access to the entire home and pool area during their stay. Parking for 3-4 cars in the driveway.

**NOTE: $100 Non-Refundable Pet Fee** - Please select the pet fee option when booking. 2 dog maximum. No cats! Dogs are not allowed in the pool.

*Please keep the outside lights off when not in use. The neighborhood is super safe and we minimize light pollution and insects by keeping exterior lighting to a minimum.

DOG BEACH LAWS:
Dogs are permitted on the beach in Southern Shores from 6 PM–9 AM from May 15–September 15, and on a leash year-round when off private property. Dogs are permitted on the beach at anytime the rest of the year.
