This remote neighborhood is at the starting point of the Jimmy Buffet Memorial Highway for 113 miles of scenic water views over 42 bridges. The neighborhood is surrounded by the protected Mangroves of the Everglades National Park where exciting shallow water kayaking, fishing and canoeing adventure awaits. Ask us about the secret tiki hidden deep in the mangroves (only accessible via kayak/canoe). Watch for Manatee, Dolphins, Stingrays and more which frequent these waters. The property is a private quarter acre lot surrounded by mangroves, 200 ft of waterfront and a protected boat basin with direct bay access and no fixed bridges. Easy access Ocean Access by boat through Adam’s Cut or Card Sound. Brand new 150 foot wrap around dock with fish filet station and large deck entertainment area with indoor/outdoor bar. Neighborhood highlights
Small island in Manatee Bay, just off of the Overseas Hwy situated between Miami-Dade county and Key Largo. There are some campgrounds and marinas as well as private residences on the island. Lots of water to explore without much boat traffic while easy access to Florida Bay, the Everglades as well as John Pennekamp Coral Reef State Park and other reefs, lighthouse sites and sandbars oceanside via Card Sound, Adams Cut or Toilet Seat Cut.

Our family is happy to share our getaway oasis where you can enjoy boating, fishing, paddle boarding and kayaking in the clear shallow waters of Key Largo. The weather allows for "year round" outdoor activities which makes the Florida Keys unlike almost anywhere else.
