We offer you our studio with a wonderful sea view on the ground floor of the Carambole building (from which it takes its name in Creole, the "Ti Karanbol") in the heart of the village of Vacances de Sainte-Anne in Guadeloupe (Résidence Anse à la Barque).

The residence is ideally located halfway between the villages of Sainte-Anne and Saint-François, close to some of the most beautiful beaches on Grande Terre (Bois Jolan Beach, La Caravelle Beach, etc.).

The space
Freshly renovated, the Ti Karanbol is air-conditioned/ventilated and can accommodate up to 4 people. It is at the end of the village, quieter.

You will have a terrace with outdoor kitchen and sea view. On a clear day you will have a view of Marie Galante in the distance.

Its location on the ground floor makes it ideal for couples or families with children, who can enjoy its sea view and the beautiful surrounding garden.

The kitchen is equipped with everything you need for a pleasant stay: a dishwasher, a fridge/freezer (209L), a combination oven (microwave, grill, fan oven), a kettle, a coffee maker (Dolce Gusto type), a toaster, and cooking hobs.

You will have a 4G Wi-Fi access point (free). A paid offer via the Résidence for high-speed WiFi is also available under the operator's pricing conditions.

The studio is also equipped with an 81 cm SMART TV (Netflix, YouTube, Prime Video, etc.), a 180 cm bed (2×90/14 cm mattress), and a very good quality Rapido sofa bed (140 cm bed/14 cm mattress).

A laundromat is available on the residence and is located just behind the Carambole building near the studio.

Please note that the period from September 1 to October 10 is reserved for the renovation of the residence's infrastructure; as a result, the restaurants and swimming pools will be closed and there will be no entertainment.

With the rental, you have direct access to two beautiful beaches. The residence has three restaurants with Caribbean flavors, a launderette, and a mini market (souvenirs, clothing, accessories, and food). A tour desk is also available to you in the center of the village (at the operator's reception) to organize outings and visits during your stay.

You can also access the operators' pricing conditions:
- at the water sports center (jet skiing, flyboarding or kite surfing),
- at the residence's swimming pool.

Throughout your stay, you will be offered various activities and festive evenings.

Our residence is in the heart of the Residential and Touristy district of the Helleux in the immediate vicinity of the beaches. The Karu'lis S03 bus line will take you to the city centre of Sainte Anne or Saint-François. You will find many activities such as the surf spot 3 minutes by car; the Bois Jolan beach 5 minutes by car; the Sport de Kite 5 minutes by car. Also the Restaurant de Plage within walking distance (breakfasts, Cocktail Bar, Restaurant open noon and evening 7/7) from the residence with the Buffet in Volonté les Cocotiers ( on site or to take away) or also the Garden D'Lys (Poké, Takeaway) 3 minutes by car.
