We offer our sea view studio on the ground floor of the Carambole building (from where it takes its name in Creole the “Ti Karanbol”) in the heart of the holiday village of Sainte-Anne in Guadeloupe (Résidence Anse à la boat).
The residence is halfway between the village of Sainte-Anne and Saint-François, close to some of the most beautiful beaches in the Grande Terre (Bois Jolan beach, Caravelle beach, etc.).

The space
Freshly renovated (July 2022) the Ti Karanbol is air-conditioned and can accommodate up to 4 people. It is at the more quiet end of the village. You will have a terrace with outdoor kitchen and sea view. In clear times you will have views of Marie Galante in the distance.

Its positioning on the ground floor makes it ideal for couples or families with children who can enjoy its sea view and the beautiful surrounding garden.

The kitchen is equipped with all the necessary elements for a good stay: a dishwasher, a fridge/freezer (209L), a combined oven (microwave, grill, rotating heat), a kettle, a coffee machine (Dolce Gusto type), a toaster, hobs.

You have a 4G Wi-Fi access point (free) A paid offer via the Residence in high speed Wifi is also available.

The studio is also equipped with an 81cm SMART SHARP TV (Netflix, YouTube, Prime Video, etc.) with its 20W RMS Harman/Kardon, a 180cm bed (2×90/14cm mattress), a very good quality Rapido type sofa bed (140cm bed/14cm mattress).

A laundry is available on the residence and is located just behind the Carambole building near the studio.

Please note, the period from September 1 to October 10 is reserved for the repair of the residence's infrastructure; as a result, the restaurants and swimming pools will be closed and there will be no entertainment.

With the rental, you have the LoisiPASS which offers you all the advantages of the residence, namely access to the two beaches, the two swimming pools, gym. The residence has three restaurants with Caribbean flavors, a laundromat and a convenience store (souvenirs, textile, accessories and food). An excursion desk is also available in the center of the village (at the reception level) to organize outings and visits during your stay.

You can also access the water sports center for finances (jet-ski, fly-board or kite surfing) and parents will be able to drop their children off at the residence's club in order to enjoy solo moments with peace of mind.

Throughout your stay, you'll be offered various entertainment and festive evenings. You can also get pampered in the wellness center and enjoy a massage in a paradisiacal setting. You'll find family-friendly activities in this typical Creole village.

Our residence is in the heart of the Residential and Touristy district of the Helleux in the immediate vicinity of the beaches. The Karu'lis S03 bus line will take you to the city centre of Sainte Anne or Saint-François. You will find many activities such as the surf spot 3 minutes by car; the Bois Jolan beach 5 minutes by car; the Sport de Kite 5 minutes by car. Also the Restaurant de Plage within walking distance (breakfasts, Cocktail Bar, Restaurant open noon and evening 7/7) from the residence with the Buffet in Volonté les Cocotiers ( on site or to take away) or also the Garden D'Lys (Poké, Takeaway) 3 minutes by car.
