Set in the beautiful Upstate of South Carolina, we have recently upgraded to high quality linens and new furnishings.
Our tiny house offers a cozy living experience while feeling open, spacious, and bright. We offer full amenities, outdoor living, luxury bed linens, and a work space with a view of incredible sunsets. Peaceful and quiet, we want you to get your best rest and sleep here.
Located within an hour of Greenville, Asheville, and Tryon. Quaint small towns offer boundless activities.

The space
Welcome to our farm. With a large patio to rest on, an outdoor firepit and table, a barbecue grill, and a dock to fish or relax on, we hope you find your second home with us.
We have just finished completely remodeling and getting new furnishings in our home. We created a custom desk/office space with incredible views as you finish your office work. The swivel chairs in the living area allow you to sip your coffee in the morning and wine in the evening while you soak up the sunrise and sunset. We have a coffee and tea bar stocked, laundry, a full-size refrigerator/freezer, and a fully stocked kitchen for cooking. The bedding is bamboo sheets and high-quality linen duvets. All of the rooms have darkening blinds and a smart TV in the primary bedroom. We stock the bathroom with Moroccan oil shampoo/conditioner and body wash. If we have missed anything for your stay, we are next door to provide it for you.
Come feed the friendly ducks at the pond or take the raft for a ride across the water.
We are minutes away from the mountains; there's lots to explore outside this 500-square-foot house. Inside, it's a delightfully decorated space, made cozy by whitewashed pine paneling. Nimble adults will have fun climbing to a second bedroom in the loft.
