Spacious and Family-Friendly Layout
The Snapper is thoughtfully designed for families and groups, offering plenty of space to spread out with 4 bedrooms and 3 full bathrooms across two levels.
On the main floor, you’ll find a bright and welcoming living room stocked with a wide array of board games—perfect for relaxing or enjoying a game night with loved ones. The fully equipped kitchen features a large bar for 6, and the separate dining area provides a great spot for shared meals. Just down the hall, a cozy queen bedroom offers direct access to the back deck, where you’ll find comfortable lounge seating to unwind outdoors. A Jack-and-Jill bathroom completes this level, offering convenience and privacy for guests.
Upstairs, the roomy primary suite features a king bed and a private en suite bathroom. You’ll also find another queen bedroom and a shared bathroom, along with a fun bunk room featuring a full-over-full bunk bed - ideal for kids or teens. Both the queen and bunk rooms open to a large upper deck with seating and games, perfect for relaxing or enjoying evening breezes.

The primary guest must be 25+, provide ID, and be present during the entire stay.
A signed RENTAL AGREEMENT and booker's ID are REQUIRED FOR ALL RESERVATIONS and will be shared at the time of Booking. Rental agreement shall be signed within 48 hours of booking.
A security hold is required per stay.
For security and loss-prevention purposes, Apple AirTags are attached to the bikes to help locate them if misplaced or removed from the property.
Guest access
Guests have full, private access to the entire home, including the spacious backyard, outdoor seating areas, and all amenities provided. You'll also have full access to the golf cart, bikes, and beach gear to maximize your 30A experience. The only exception is one locked owner’s closet on the main floor, which will not be accessible during your stay.
The home features keyless entry for easy self check-in, and there is parking available for up to three vehicles in the driveway.
* Beach Access 1: Blue Lupine Beach Easement Access, is a few min. walk (0.4 mi), and is the closest beach access from the house; there are private beaches along the boardwalk, but the easement gives the neighborhood water right to swim and walk along the beach or sit on wet sand. During the Spring and Summer busy season, you usually can't setup chairs or an umbrella. There are a few flights of stairs to reach the beach.
* Beach Access 2: Blue Mountain Regional Access, is a public beach access just 0.7 miles from the house. It's a quick 3-min bike ride to this access, where you'll find parking, bathrooms, chair rentals, and seasonal lifeguards. You can also set up a tent here.
* Beach access 3: Golfview Heights Beach Access, is a public beach access, 1.4 miles from the house. It's also the closest beach with a ramp.

Starter Kit
We provide a starter kit of items to get you settled in. These are provided as a courtesy and will not be replenished. You may need to purchase additional items. In the starter kit, we include:
- Kitchen trash can liners
- Dishwashing packets
- 1 sponge and dish soap
- 1 roll of paper towels
- 1 roll of toilet paper per bathroom
- 2 laundry pods
- Shampoo, conditioner, body wash and hand soap
For anything beyond the starter supplies, you’ll find Walmart, and Publix, just a short drive away.
