The space

*Homeowners maintain a vehicle in one bay of the 2-car garage. There is parking for one small compact car within the garage, 2 spaces in the driveway and street parking in front of the home.
**Please keep in mind the private pool at the home will only be heated from April-October. While we can work with guests individually to try to increase the temperature of the water during the off season, the pool is unlike a hot tub in that it does not have a cover or insulation. This means the warmth of the water will be entirely dependent on the season and weather. If temperatures are dropping below 50 degrees Fahrenheit we may not be able to keep the pool heated.**
