LESS than a 5 min walk to the BEACH! This home is the perfect place for your family's beach vacation for fun friend getaway. Enjoy swinging on the covered porch while you sip your coffee in the morning, and later unwind with a soak in the HOT TUB. Bring the dogs! We have a fully fenced backyard, that also includes a SOLO STOVE fire pit, perfect for s'mores! We are also a short walk away to Middleton park, Publix, restaurants & more. See for yourself - this home is in the *perfect* location!

The space
We've got it all - central location with easy walk to the beach, a coffee shop right down the road, and a backyard where you can truly relax. If you've been to Oak Island before, you know Oak Island Drive can be difficult to cross to get to the beach - but not here!! We're on the OCEAN side of Oak Island Drive, and with stores, shops, and more an easy walk away, you won't have to cross busy roads! Perfect for families with littles, or anyone who is just plain ready to get to THE BEACH!

This home is only 1 floor, so no stairs to climb (there are just two small steps at the entrance). The master bedroom has a king bed w/ private bathroom. The hall bathroom is shared by a room with a queen bed and a bunkbed room with a twin-over-full. Plenty of sleeping options for guests of all ages!

There is a smart TV in EVERY bedroom, so everyone can stream their favorite shows or movies, and of course there's a large TV in the living room for everyone to gather 'round. In the cabinet of the TV stand, we have fun games you can play with family and friends!

We have a fully equipped kitchen with different appliances, cookware, baking supplies, and plenty of extras, right down to a wine opener and corncob holders. You will have everything you need!

And if you’re traveling with little ones, our home includes a pack 'n play, highchair (with removable tray), and a soft play mat. In the kitchen we have kid-friendly dishes and utensils - less for you to pack and bring with you. :)

We have TONS of beach gear for you to use! No need to pack extra: the backyard shed is loaded with gear, such as chairs, umbrellas, fishing poles, sand toys, and more. We even have a wagon you can use to make your beach trip a breeze. After a sun-filled day, relax in our fabulous HOT TUB or unwind by the Solo Stove smokeless fire pit. The backyard is fully fenced, so no need to worry while the pups play!
