Our custom built octagon shaped, Aggie themed home was built 14 feet high on 16 acres in the bend of the Brazos river. Enjoy the sunset on the wrap around porch, roast marshmellows in the fire pit or cook shish kabobs on the outdoor grill (with plenty of outdoor seating & a large table). Make memories playing frisbee golf, washers, bean bag toss & many other outdoor games.

The space
Perfect spot to celebrate getting your Aggie ring or graduation! Beautiful location for birthdays, anniversaries, engagements or a quiet nature-filled getaway.

We provide a TON of amenities to make it easy on you:
-Propane (at no extra cost) and grill utensils
-One full rack of firewood. Please note, if you use additional firewood there will be a $50-75 charge.
-Everything you need to cook or bake in the kitchen (including spices/condiments)
-Lots of things to do for little ones including Lincoln logs, board games, toys and books.
-Huge DVD/Blue-ray collection.
-190+ Channels, including the SEC, PAC 12 & NFL Network
-Extra seating and tables for inside and out.
-Pack n Play and High Chair
-Toiletries and first aid kits
-Sunscreen and bug spray
-Tree house with a patio
-Water, tea, coffee and snacks

Guest access
The home, the fenced in area around the home, the woods behind the home (leads to Brazos River). The cow pasture, the garage & the mower shed are not permitted for entry.

Other things to note
**ALL RING DUNKS/GRADUATIONS/EVENTS require Host pre-approval via message**

Medium to large events are at minimum $499-599 Sunday - Thursday & $699-999 Friday or Saturday due to the costs incurred for septic, cleaning, firewood/propane refill, property maintenance upkeep, amenities restocking, etc. There will be a $75 charge for the event trash/recycling pickup unless it’s removed by at checkout. Kitchen/bathroom/bedroom trash can go in the street trash barrel at no extra cost.

Pet(s) accepted on a case by case basis and for an extra fee of $50 per stay.

Early check-in or late checkout possibly available for an extra fee. Please inquire via message if that is something you are interested in.
