Monthly Rentals in College Station

It is a nice and cozy place. It is perfect if you are traveling alone or with one person more. The place was clean, and has everything you could need. Also the location is calm but between 5-10min of restaurants and markets. Keith was answering the messages, and solved everything. I would stay again. Thanks for everything.

I stayed in the appartment for 11 weeks during my research stay at Texas A&M. The place fehlt like a second home - super cozy, well-equipped kitchen and Jenny was super fast in replying to any questions I had! Area is beautiful and close to the University(used the bicycle to get there everyday). Also Bryan with great restaurants is close. Aldi is a 5 minutes walk and Wallmart the same by car - easy to get your groceries done. Defenitely recommend staying here if in College Station for a shorter or longer period of time. Thank you for these great months! Defenitely will stay again if in college Station one day!

Great little place to stay. Quiet neighborhood. Very clean and smells great. The Inside looked just as in the pictures. Bed and furniture were comfortable. I would definitely stay here again.

We had an amazing stay at this apartment! The space is incredibly spacious and comfortable, making it perfect for both relaxing and getting work done. The location is unbeatable - just a short walking distance to shops, restaurants, and campus, which made my daily commute so convenient. The host was fantastic - she was super friendly and always quick to respond to any questions. Her helpful and welcoming communication really made our stay stress-free.
