Chill out among the cypress trees at The Limpkin cottage. Located in Middleton's Fish Camp on a canal connecting to Blue Cypress Lake, it’s an ideal spot for fishing, kayaking, birding, or just hanging out. See ospreys, herons, limpkins (of course!) and many more species.

Bring your boat. Put in at the Middleton's Fish Camp ramp and dock right at the cottage. Fish for bass, catfish, speckled perch, and much more.

The space
The Limpkin has been fully remodeled in a vintage style, with good Wifi throughout the property. The main living area features:

-Queen bed
-Recliner chairs for lounging
-Swiveling wall-mounted Roku TV
-Drop-leaf table that serves as a side table or dining table
-Efficient wall-mounted AC
-Overhead fan

The kitchenette has everything you need to prepare a snack or a meal:
-Refrigerator/freezer
-Two-burner electric cooktop
-Rabletop oven with air fry, broil, bake, roast, and toast functions
-Coffeemaker (K-cups or ground). Coffee, creamer, and sweeteners are provided.
-Hot water kettle. Tea and sweeteners are provided.
-Cookware, tableware, glassware, silverware, and utensils.

The bathroom has a rainfall shower head and hand-held option.
The bathroom includes:

-hair dryer
-towels.

Guest access
The Limpkin is all yours during your stay. The cottage is accessed by a path from the parking area in front of the cabin. Enjoy the yard and relax on the dock.

Other things to note
Middleton's Fish Camp is a quiet village with dirt roads. There may be dogs at play or critters in the roadway. Please drive slowly and carefully, and avoid kicking up dust.

Check-in and check-out times are negotiable. Message me if you need an earlier or later arrival or departure time.

A cot or fold-out floor mattress is available upon request. There is no additional charge for one child.
