* Smoking, vaping, and the use of tobacco products are not permitted inside the home.
* Illegal drugs, including marijuana is not permitted. Violations will be reported.
* Please dispose of cigarette butts properly in designated outdoor receptacles.
Pets
* Pets are permitted, provided they are house trained and are not disruptive or damaging to the property and neighbors.
Parties & Events
* No parties, events, or large gatherings.
* Please be respectful of neighbors and observe quiet hours between 10:00 PM and 8:00 AM.
