This home boasts a cozy living room with couch, recliner, large TV & fireplace. The light filled kitchen has a fridge, Kuerig coffee maker, range, microwave and 2 person pub table w/ stools. 1 queen bed in the 1st br, a full bed in the other. Take some time to unwind in the new soaking tub! Or, curl up and binge some Netflix in the "downstairs" hidden hangout.

Basement laundry available for guest use. If the weather permits, check out the covered patio and spacious back yard.

The driveway is shared with the neighbor to the south so please park in the half that is next to the house or the gravel spot in front of the house. thank you! Prior to check in, you will receive a code to the key pad.

Other things to note
Unfortunately, this home is not suitable for guests that cannot navigate steps well. There are several steps up to the front door. The soaking tub is a little deeper than some might be used to and the stairs are steep going down to the hangout/bonus room. I apologize for any inconvenience but I'd rather note these items now than when guests arrive. Cozy cottage is nearby if you need more than one home!
