The guest space is an upstairs, completely private apartment in this pre-civil war colonial: Separate entrance, laundry and dishwasher. All utilities provided including Wi-Fi. We are close to both major hospitals. This Listing is for Guest Room 3. FB username bangortravelnurse. Single occupancy preferred. We will host a traveling couple if mutually agreed upon in advance. There will be a small fee to cover the extra utilities. Listing says $5/night. That is very negotiable.

The space
Our home is in the neighborhood known locally as The Tree Streets. We are a 10 minute walk to downtown. We are less than a mile from both of the medical hospitals. And little and we are a little over a mile from the mental health care hospital. We are also a five minute drive from the mall.

We currently provide Roku devices on our TVs with common apps loaded. You use the apps with your own login info. We are also currently providing Spectrum cable through a streaming app. TV viewing options are subject to change.

Guest access
Guess will have access only to the apartment. There is a separate entrance on the back of the house to access the apartment. We are owner occupied and we live on the first floor.

Our Wi-Fi is filtered to block explicit content

We have a Golden Retriever and a German Shepherd. We like to introduce the dogs to guests so that guests are familiar with them. The dogs are friendly and used to company.

We keep a clean and tidy space. We do not have insect nor rodent issues. However, we do share the planet with lots of bugs and critters. We cannot guarantee nothing will ever come inside. Please let us know right away if there’s an issue.

Neighborhood highlights

We are close to the hospitals, the Mall, and downtown clubs. We are also centrally located so we are an hour or less from the ocean and we are also about an hour and a half from the mountains if you want to do some touristy things while you’re in town.

It is a family neighborhood, with kids, vehicles, dogs etc. You may hear us and other guests in our daily activities.
