Welcome to our beautifully updated 1920s home in the heart of Lexington, Ohio. Originally a duplex, this spacious single-family home is perfect for families or groups, comfortably sleeping up to 12 guests.

The home is located close to downtown Lexington on a quiet, dead-end street. We are 5 minutes from Mid-Ohio Sports Car Course, 13 minutes from Snowtrails, and less than 20 minutes from Downtown Mansfield.

The space
1st floor features community rooms; Game room with foosball table, Living room with 65” 4k TV, sitting room with stereo, entryway, half-bath with laundry, large eat-in kitchen and formal Dining room.

2nd floor features 6 bedrooms and 2 full baths.
Bedrooms feature 5 queen beds, and 1 room with bunk bed. No futons, no pullouts, everyone is comfortable.

Guest access
Guests will enjoy complete access to the property, minus the basement, attic, and barn.
