Our idyllic 3-bedroom Farmhouse offers a tranquil retreat nestled within the embrace of heritage oak and citrus trees on the historic 120-acre Welburn Gourd farm. This home has been meticulously updated and seamlessly blends vintage charm with modern luxury and comfort. The atmosphere is intimate and cozy with an open floor plan and large picture windows, the 3rd bedroom is accessible through the 2nd bedroom, sharing an en-suite bath. We are preserving the past while creating a vibrant future on the farm for all to enjoy.

Enjoy walks and hikes around our gourd farm at The Heritage Fallbrook. Rural farmland, beautiful gardens, heritage tree canopies and our barn full of mini animals are just a few highlights! Our Welburn Gourd Farm store and retail space is open for visitors Monday - Friday 9-3pm + Saturday 10-3pm.

Other things to note
We are located 1/2 way between downtown Fallbrook (6.3 miles) and Old Town Temecula (10 miles) in De Luz Canyon. Renowned for our avocado and citrus production; De Luz is also growing in grape production because of our amazing soils and unique micro climate. The area is also prominent by car enthusiasts, motorcylists and bicyclists for the stunning meandering country roads canopied in ancient oaks and sycamore trees with year round running creeks; as well as the vista views of our rolling mountain scape in this Southern California agricultural mecca.
