Cozy and private Roosevelt neighborhood home provides easy access to all Seattle has to offer. Light Rail station six blocks away provides quick trips to University District, downtown, Cap Hill, stadiums, SeaTac airport. This light-filled home has an updated kitchen, a lovely fenced and pet-friendly backyard with raspberries, grapes and pears in season. Green Lake Park is a 10-min walk. Numerous excellent cafes, restaurants and pubs are all just blocks away. Off-street parking, too!

The space
Colonial Revival Cape Cod home that we lovingly call Dandelion House has a great layout for families, multiple couples, or just about anybody traveling to Seattle. Built in 1939, it retains much of its original charm from the hardwood floors and crown moulding to the Art Deco door hardware. Equipped with an office space, Fiber Gigabit internet and three smart TVs. You'll love the lush landscaping of the fully-fenced backyard and the spacious and private side deck and patio.

Guest access
Dandelion House is conveniently located just blocks from I-5, the Roosevelt Light Rail Station and many bus lines. Seatac Airport is 25 minutes by car and 45 minutes via Link Light Rail. The walk from the Roosevelt light rail station is approximately 5 minutes and trains run every 8 minutes 5:30am - 12:30am.

Off-street parking available on-site for a small vehicle and a parking pass is included for zoned street parking. Free street parking just blocks away for additional vehicles.
