The Cedarwoods is a unique and luxurious space for up to five guests and a dog (additional pet fee applies), to stay and relax on the edge of the New Forest and close to the beach. With a private, outdoor space benefitting the last of the evening sun you can relax on the terrace to watch the sunset with a bbq, drink and some music of your choice whilst planning your next adventure.

The space
The Cedarwoods boasts underfloor heating and air conditioning, 55" TV and soundbar, a superking and three custom built Queen-double beds so every guest has a good nights sleep. Separate WC and rainfall shower room ensure everyone has the space they need to get ready for the day. A full kitchen with dishwasher and oven ensures you are as comfortable dining in, as dining out.

For your woof, dog bowls and a dog towel are provided...don't forget their bed though, they are not allowed on ours!

Please note, the living/sleeping/kitchen area is an open plan studio containing all four beds. It is a beautiful, large, open space but only the WC and shower room are separate areas.

Guest access
The Cedarwoods has its own private patio and garden with Weber kettle bbq and full garden furniture suite. The patio, enviably, gets the last of the evening sun...a superb place to watch our stunning sunsets!

Other things to note
The Cedarwoods has its own parking, entrance, path, garden and patio next to the main house. It's a private space and is very quiet. Uncrated dogs are not to be left alone in The Cedarwoods.

West Christchurch is a unique location with its own nature reserve at the end of the road (St Catherine's Hill), yet with access to rivers, shops, bars and superb food. The local food and drink culture of Christchurch and the New Forest generally is exceptional and one of the reasons why Christchurch hosts the UK's largest food festival every May.

The Cedarwoods is five minutes walk to the river, ten minutes walk to St Catherine's Hill, ten minutes walk to the local cafe and bar and ten minutes walk from being able to drop a kayak and paddle board into the Stour.

Five minutes taxi ride sees you arrive in Christchurch for a diverse array of local pubs and restaurants for any occasion or taste.

Bournemouth Airshow is ten minutes in a taxi and, in fact, The Cedarwoods often gets its own display as it is on the take-off/land path for the show.
