This guest house is located on a 3.5 acre property, secluded from the historic neighborhood, though it's just 3 miles from downtown Greenville and the Bon Secours Wellness Arena. Less than a mile to the Swamp Rabbit Trail, this cottage is perfect for jaunts to downtown Greenville, Furman University, Paris Mountain, Travelers Rest and Unity Park! Micro weddings and events are available upon request and approval with applicable fees applied.

This log cabin was moved to this site to serve one of the oldest homes in the area. The main house was built in 1903, the first home on historic Clarendon Avenue, and was adjacent to The San Souci Country Club named after Governor Perry's mansion which served as the club house.
