DESCRIPTION: Relax and enjoy my converted Barn that is safe, cozy & comfortable. Barn has its own private entrance secured with a keyless entry lock. Sleep on a Cal King therapy foam bed, TV & Blu-ray player, CD stereo USB connection. Extra space has a large desk area. Barn has a private bathroom that includes a walk in shower. Guests provided with Freshly washed towels & linens.
*I have a pet Nigerian Dwarf Goat who would love to meet you!

The space
DESCRIPTION:After you park in the private parking adjacent to The Barn you will proceed down a landscaped path entering to an original door to the front glass door enter your key code. Inside is a Cal King therapy foam bed, TV, Blu-ray player, Bluetooth/CD stereo, and additional USB connection. Extra space has a large desk area. a private bathroom that includes a walk in shower. Before every reservation Barn fully serviced, the unit steam cleaning surfaces and also use a UV wand to all surfaces for peace of mind. Freshly washed & sterilized Towels and Bed Linens are also provided.

The Barn is separate from the main house has its own private entrance, keyless touchpad entry and includes an attached parking space! Additional parking available upon request.

Other things to note
I live in harmony with the local wildlife, animals can be seen & heard during your stay. In daytime in the skies Red tail Hawks seen flying around. They nest nearby. Nearly every night the howl of the local coyote pack can be heard. There are multiple rabbit dens. We are a popular hang out for 2 Barn cats who walk around like they own the place we just pretend they don't exist. Most of our free loaders and opossum, raccoon skunks are around after sunset. I suggest at night making your presence known when coming and going. They pretty much want to stay away from us. Definitely keep food secure. Since this is my private residence, I ask that there are no parties. Only registered guests allowed, unless I am aware beforehand and given permission. Take care when exiting the property as cross traffic can be hard to see.
Your health is important to me and at The Barn special attention to sanitization, disinfection and cleaning. All linens & towels are freshly washed. gloves worn during turnover process. and sanitize all surfaces after checkout Hand sanitizer in Barn and packets for you to take, during your San Diego adventures.
