This quaint 1930's cottage is conveniently located a couple blocks from Lake Arrowhead. Very clean, family friendly and great amenities. Cozy up to the wood burning fireplace, take a scenic lake hike and enjoy nearby shopping/dining. This 3 bedroom/1.5 bathroom includes a sofa bed, state of the art technology, and strong wifi. Bedrooms, kitchens and bathrooms are fully stocked to make your time in the mountains enjoyable!

Other things to note
-The Village is a short 5 min drive, Skypark/Santa's Village is 10 min & Lake Gregory is 20 mins.
-The driveway fits up to 3 cars comfortably.
-Suggest you bring your own firewood to enjoy our warm & cozy fireplace.
-Smart TV's in both upstairs bedrooms along with the living room. Feel free to log into your account or mirror from your phone/computer.
-In addition to heat we offer portable fans, space heaters, humidifiers, & air purifiers.
