Access to entire house, garage and .5+ acre yard. We don't live in or use this home, it is purely a professionally managed, inspected & licensed, vacation rental that is operated to the highest standards by a former long-time hospitality professional.
Other things to note
* LICENSED - We are officially inspected and licensed for short-term rentals by the State of WI. State of WI License MMCY-AZ4NQN. Not everyone is - know before you go! We are also licensed by the town of Delavan and Walworth County.
* TAXES - All taxes are collected on your reservation by Airbnb, this includes a 5% State tax and .5% Walworth County tax and an 8% local hotel tax.
* KIDS - This home is not set up as “kid-friendly”, we provide no amenities for kids. There is an open staircase, no bathtub and all decor is light colored.
* PETS - We do not allow pets in our home, if you disregard this and show up with a pet, you will be asked to check-out and no refund will be provided. If you have a Service Animal, please notify us when booking to ensure proper accommodations. We do not accept Emotional Support animals.
* NATURE - Due to this homes proximity to both lake & country, you should expect insects, wildlife and other creatures from time to time. It is part of the charm of living a more rural lifestyle. We do regular pest control in and around the home however, this is never 100% and you should not be alarmed if you see the local wildlife. Please keep the doors and screen doors closed - this will help keep pests outside. Additionally, please do not leave food/garbage outside, this tends to attract pests.
