Terra Nova is a 2-bedroom, 2-bathroom custom-built home situated on 5 acres of lush desert. Constructed in 1986, and completely redesigned in 2021, every inch of this modern retreat has been thoughtfully renovated to bring the outdoors in. Cool off in the plunge pool, practice sun salutations on our yoga deck, and watch movies under the stars in the outdoor movie theater. Terra Nova is where you come to recharge, heal, and dream. The space
Terra Nova was designed to be both grounding and inspiring. Both bedrooms offer luxury Casper mattresses and luxury sheets to promote restoration and sleep.

Our en-suite bathrooms boast unique experiences - one with a walk in shower and double vanity, another with a deep soaking tub and window to the stars.

Enjoy a fresh cup of Joshua Tree Coffee from the coffee nook, and cook yourself a fresh meal from ingredients picked up at the Joshua Tree Farmer's Market using our top of the line Cafe appliances.

At the end of the day, relax in our 8-person jacuzzi and watch a quiet night settle over the hills.

** Hot Tub**
This is a BRAND NEW amenity for Terra Nova as of December 5, 2023! We are taking updated photos and will add them to the website shortly. In the meantime, rest assured that Terra Nova is now equipped with a large 8-person jacuzzi and ready for guest use. Any questions ahead of booking just let us know!

** Tesla Charger **
Terra Nova has a 30 amp Tesla Car Charger available free of charge to all guests staying on-site. Depending on model of Tesla, guests can expect between 17 - 22 charged miles per hour.

** Pool Heating **
Our pool is a converted shipping container that functions as a luxury heated pool. The pool can be heated for an additional cost of $50 per night, during the winter season (Oct-Mar). Please let us know at least 3 days before check-in if you would like us to heat the pool for you.

** Pool Cleaning **
Our pool cleaner comes every week on Monday mornings between 8-11am. They're usually in and out in about 15 minutes and most guests never notice they're there.
