At this lovely apartment everything is brand new. It includes one bedroom,one bathroom,a fully equipped kitchen with everything you need,a living room and a beautiful big balcony where you can relax and enjoy your morning coffee or dinner :)
The master bedroom has a kingsize bed (matress 1.60x2.00) which is very comfortable for 2 persons.

All rooms are air-conditioned. Feel free to store your clothes and your things in the closet. Sheets and towels are provided.
There is also free high speed wi-fi internet & ADSL Internet connection.
In the living room there is a pretty new sofa and a 28'' TV. Netflix is also available for watching the best movies or series.
The bathroom is fully equiped (towels,hairdryer,shampoo).
In the kitchen you can find everything you need. A refrigerator that you can store whatever you want in,an electric stove,a coffee maker,an electric kettle and a fire extinguisher for your own safety.
Coffee,tea and sugar are available.
Washing machine is not provided,but there is a laundry store 5 minutes away on foot.
