Please be aware that in Vermont, during the winter season with heavy snowfall, power outages may occur due to snow accumulating on power lines.

If you would like to use the grill on the outdoor deck, please let us know in advance when making your reservation.


🚭 No Smoking Policy (Strictly Enforced)

Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the property.

If guests smoke outside, do NOT dispose of cigarette butts on the ground or anywhere on the property premises. All cigarette waste must be properly disposed of.

🚨 Any cigarette butts found on the property (inside or outside) will result in an additional cleaning fee or extra charge of $10 per cigarette butt.

We take cleanliness and property maintenance very seriously, and violations will be enforced without exception.
