The cottage is located just a short walk to the town centre.
It has an upside down plan with a double bedroom and access to the bathroom with it's walk in shower on the ground floor.
Upstairs is a small lounge/ kitchen/dining area. Outside the cottage is a small seating area to enjoy a nice cold drink after a day walking in the beautiful Yorkshire dales.

Bedroom : Located on the ground floor and consisting of double bed.

Bathroom: This is accessed via Bedroom and is equipped with a shower, toilet and small sink.

Lounge/Dining Area: The cosy lounge and dining area consists of a sofa and dining table with stools and a bench that seats up to 4 people. This is accessed by a staircase from the ground floor. Due to fact this is an old building the stairs are steep and narrow and therefore not suitable for small children and anyone with mobility issues.

Kitchenette: The kitchen area is equipped with oven ( fan oven and electric hob), fridge freezer and microwave.

Outside: There is a small outside space with table and chairs (please note this is not secure).
There is also a small shared driveway with enough space to park one small/medium sized car.

Other things to note
Please note due to the narrow/steep nature of the stairs this property is not suitable for small children or those with reduced mobility.

Settle is a traditional Yorkshire market town. There are a number of cafes, pubs and restaurants all in the centre. There is also a Booths supermarket and a coop nearby for all your essentials. The house is set in the older historic part of Settle just a short walk from the events of the town. Settle has a weekly market every Tuesday. There are also plenty of walks right from the doorstep so no need to get get in the car to enjoy the beautiful Yorkshire Dales and scenery. The popular Malham Cove is also a short drive away.
