Nestled in a peaceful neighborhood with stunning lagoon views, our home offers all the comforts of home while being just 10 minutes walk or 3 minute drive to the beach. Relax in a family-friendly space designed for making memories, featuring cozy furnishings, a fully equipped kitchen, and plenty of room to unwind.
Dolphin boat ramp is just down the street, perfect for launching your boat, jet ski, paddle board or kayak, so bring your toys.

The space
Townhouse sleeps up to 6 guests. Two upstairs oversized, bedrooms and sofa sleeper downstairs. Half bath on 1st floor and full bath tub/shower combo on 2 floor.
Private fenced backyard/patio and outdoor shower. Minimum age for booking is 21.

Small Pets allowed with pre-approval (40 pounds or less) limit 2 small pets. Pets must be listed as guest as the time of booking.
*Pet fee $50
*Additional pet fee $50

*Your pet should be friendly, and house trained. Dogs that utilize pee pads are NOT allowed.
*Your pet must be supervised by you at all times or crated in the room if left alone.
*Any pet that becomes disruptive will need to be removed immediately.
*You will be charged for any damage caused by your pet

*No smoking or vaping inside Townhouse and no traces of smoking outside.
Smoking fee $200 if violated.

*Please remember this is our home not a hotel, if problems arise we will do our best to resolve ASAP..
