All bedding will have a mattress cover, pillows and comforter or bedspread + linen service. Smart TVs in guest mode allow for sign into personal accounts (Netflix, etc) and access free Roku channels.
PROPERTY NOTES:
There is trash collection twice a week - Saturday and Tuesday morning. We have pool cleaning twice per week on Saturdays and Wednesdays. We maintain regular pest control with Terminix. Please report any issues within 4 hours of check in so we may immediately address.
Guest access
Access to whole house with exception of locked owners closets.
Public beach access is walking distance to house.
No lifeguard on duty for pool - swim at own risk. Guests are fully responsible. BRs 1-3 have direct access to backyard / pool area - door locks are located high and out of reach of children. Guests are responsible for locking and monitoring children.
Recently renovated sun deck / rooftop - Exercise caution. No unattended children for safety. Guests are fully responsible.
Recently updated back yard - huge fenced area for kids to play!
Other things to note
Trash collection is Saturday and Tuesday morning. Please ensure trash cans are pulled to the street for pick up.
Pool cleaning service is Saturday and Wednesday.
Landscaping is Saturday.
Pest control is routinely serviced by Terminix.
