Litchfield by the Sea condo rentals

John always responded very quickly when I had questions. The condo was super nice and right on the beach! It was clean, we were able to check in early and we were sad to leave! We will definitely stay here again!!

This place was the perfect weekend getaway for us and our 1 year old. Everything was exactly as described and better! The only recommendation is a gate for the top of the stairs since majority of the house is located upstairs, as my little one is on the move. We had to be extra careful being in the living room/kitchen. We always bring a baby gate with us but due to the molding/trim it wouldn’t work. Other than that the place was perfect!

Our stay with Alicia was amazing!!! She provided me with great directions straight to her condo. The condo was decorated very cute and the kitchen had plenty of dishes and utensils. The kitchen was equipped with a toaster, microwave, Blender and electric can opener. She provided us with plenty of beach towels, even a small cooler to use at the beach. Her little touches were awesome she provided sample shampoos conditioner and body wash in each bathroom. Which I thought was lovely. The use of her beach wagon and chairs was super !!! She even had a small clothes line on the deck with clothes pins to hang out our suits and towels. We will definitely be back !!!

My husband and I had a wonderful stay at Alan and Mary's place. The apartment was just as described but even nicer! It was sparkling clean, bright and airy and very spacious. The bedroom was a perfect size and with plenty of linens and bedspreads. The shower was perfect and the kitchen was stocked with everything we needed to cook, which we decided to do each night and morning that we were there. You have a beautiful patio for coffee in the morning and it looks right out on the ocean so there's no need to go out on the beach unless you want to. The beach, though, is only steps away, and you can walk downstairs and be on the ocean or take the elevator down. A parking pass is there at your arrival for convenient parking right at the building. We always had a spot in front. When we had questions, Mary answered us in less than 5 minutes and was so friendly and helpful. We will definitely stay again.

Randy is outstanding! His willingness to work with our large crew and be proactive to solve any questions was outstanding! The space is an extremely large open concept friendly for large groups.

This townhome was in a quiet, safe and walkable area. It was close to stores and the beach. The beds were comfortable, the Wifi worked good and the home was clean and nicely decorated. We enjoyed our trip!

The house is in a great location by the water on one side with the dock and a block away from the beach (3-5 minute walk). You could see the sunrise and sunset if you wanted which was beautiful. The house is just as advertised and the downstairs screened in area is huge and great for a cookout. The inside of the house was very clean and beachy. We cooked quite a bit and the house had everything we needed in terms of plates, pots, utensils etc and we could squeeze all ten of us around the table. The house is very close to Publix and fresh market for supplies. Jane was super friendly and responded right away if I had any questions. I would recommend this house 100%.

Lesli’s place was really nice! It was very homey and modern. She was very responsive and answered my questions in a good timely manner. She was very open about the building being old and there was no surprises to anything when we arrived. I enjoyed my stay and plan to visit again next year!

The house was furnished and decorated very nice. The furniture was well made , had a great beach theme and we loved the pictures in each room and all of the little touches he had that made you feel welcome. Location was outstanding. The beach was directly across the street . We enjoyed the screened in porch with the rocking chairs. We loved sitting and watching the water from the front porch. The beds were comfortable, water pressure in the showers were great. Kitchen was well stocked and wifi was good also.

Our visit was quite enjoyable. In addition to being close to the beach, Boardwalk, dining options, ice cream shop, and Krispy Kreme, it was also quiet, peaceful and private. We were able to walk our dogs every day to the beach. Everything worked great. The beds were very comfortable and we appreciated that there were hard floors throughout rather than carpet. We had a few questions and Ken answered them in less than five minutes. We most definitely rent this place again in the future.

Lovely home! Super sweet and responsive hosts. This was a perfect getaway for our spring break. The home itself was beautifully decorated and had plenty of space for several adults and children. Each room has its own full bath which made things easier for all - and the hot water heater handled the load of us incredibly well! The car port and side yard handled our three large SUVs with room to spare. The balconies were lovely to utilize in the mornings and afternoons, and we spent several nights around the huge fire pit. The wall separating the two units is very thin, which was the only drawback when the neighbors were up late. Otherwise, awesome stay and would highly recommend!

We had an amazing stay. Right on the water, nice indoor pool, nice east walk onto the beach and great parking. The place was very clean and very quiet. Nice restaurant next door and only a couple blocks away from tons of stores. Highly recommend! Thank you again!

Our spring break was absolutely fantastic! We thoroughly enjoyed our time in the area, which offered a perfect blend of relaxing scenery and exciting activities. Me and my parents stayed here and it was a breeze! Super comfortable, we spent most of the trip at the airbnb and in the backyard which was so lovely!! We walked into the main street in Georgetown multiple times from the front door, super safe area too! the cutest little neighborhood. comfortable beds & couches and you can tell they out effort into making this place livable. The airbnb made this trip super special for me and my parents ❤️ we will talk about this place for years to come

Rebecca's place was exactly as described and fit our short get away from the snow weekend. very close to several great seafood options. Rebecca was proactive and provided extra clear directions for check in and check out and was very responsive to any questions. I would highly recommend.

I love staying at Sheila’s place. I’m a return customer. Her place is a nice little no frills place off the beach. It’s immaculately cleaned The area is very walkable to the boardwalk. It’s comfortable and I feel safe when I am there. There is some noise as it’s close to “the action” but that’s a part of the appeal. The place does allow pets however there is a weight restriction so if you plan on taking your pet you must talk with her when you book the place. Sheila herself is super communicative. She is kind and respectful. You really cannot go wrong with this diamond in the rough.

We absolutely loved this place! Spacious & right on the strip! 1min walk to beach across the street. Any issues we had & reported, she responded very quic & resolved them. We’re actually working on getting details about the area to move there!

We had an amazing time at this Myrtle Beach house! The location is perfect; just a short walk to the beach. The house itself was spotless and really well-maintained, it had everything we needed for a relaxing stay. The hot tub was super clean and a perfect way to unwind in the evenings. The host was awesome, friendly, responsive, and made sure everything went smoothly. Highly recommend this place if you’re looking for a clean, comfortable stay near the beach!

We had a great time. I forgot to check if the check in info was emailed and would up calling Gil for the code. He answered immediately. The weather the week before our visit messed a lot of things up. House wad beautiful, Gil was very professional, pool was extremely clean, and house was just across the street from the beach. My family and I had a great time.

We had a great time. The house is close to all that Pawleys Island has to offer, and far enough away to enjoy peaceful relaxation. We loved the pool and hot tub.
