1 bedroom condo. Views of the Atlantic Ocean! Covered 2nd floor patio with view of pool. Sleeps up to 5, Queen bed in bedroom, daybed in alcove, two couches with a queen bed in one of the couches. Great for family vacation or couples weekend - you need to bring your own linens/towels or rent locally.

The space
Our condo is updated and well taken care of. with easy access to Surf City restaurants and dining, great views, and parks. Great for couples, solo adventurers, and families with kids.
The master bedroom has a queen size bed and there is a day bed in the alcove. Of the two large couches in our living room, one is a pull-out couch. (As typical at NC beaches, linen rentals are available locally or you can bring your own)
Whether you are beach go-ers or enjoy the pool* this can be your place!

Pullout couch is just that...a pullout couch. (Not as comfortable as a regular bed). There is an additional mattress pad on the Queen bed that can be moved to couch mattress for comfort, but it does not fit inside when folded up.

*the pool is open from April thru Oct but can close for maintenance or weather on occasion

Pool, ocean, laundry area,(laundry is on site but not in unit- it is a laundromat style that is it is in a separate building on-site) seafood restaurants, boating, fishing, golfing, beach, watersports

Other things to note
I have installed wifi water leak detectors near water sources and they connect to hub in hallway plug in. (Govee) Please do not remove or move - they serve a purpose as leaks cause damage to the unit and to units below.

Vacation destination. Laid back with food, drinks, and fun. Surf City/Topsail. Great, friendly people around complex - all just want relax and enjoy the beach and pool! Great mix of local NC people and "Northerners" - Ohio, NY, VA, IN, PA, MI, W. VA
